Are you a mini golf champion?

Chuckster's family entertainment center on Route 4 in Chichester is hosting the "Chuckster's Open" miniature golf tournament, with 100% of registration fees being donated to the American Cancer Society. For $10, players may play a qualifying round of mini golf any time Chuckster's is open from Aug. 25 through Sept. 9 and submit their scorecard to the clubhouse. The top 48 players will participate in the tournament on Saturday, Sept. 15 at 10 a.m., followed by a lunch sponsored by Panera Bread, Pepsi, and Blake's Ice Cream. All finalists will receive an event t-shirt sponsored by Shirtmasters. Players may re-register as many times as they would like to better their score, and a current list of leaders is available at Chuckster’s clubhouse or online at chucksters.com.

The Grand Prize for the top-two finishers is an all-expenses-paid trip to Clark’s Summit, PA, and the opportunity to compete in the Harris Cup National Miniature Golf Tournament on Oct. 6, where players from all over the country will compete for $10,000 in prize money. First Colebrook Bank will be providing two nights hotel accommodations and a travel allowance to the two winners of the Chuckster’s Open.
