Whose line is it anyway?
Bob Washburn's letter in today's Monitor includes this quip: "The Monitor suggests we can send a message to President Bush by voting for Paul Hodes. If you want to send a message to the president, call Western Union."
Today's Union Leader editorial has this line: "If you want to send President Bush a message about Iraq, e-mail the White House at ."
Both good lines, and between the two of them (Western Union, e-mail) they speak to older and younger voters. Touche!
